This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs refunds, cancellations, and reversals for services provided by Subidha Fintech India Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our") through its website and mobile application ("Platform").
By using our services, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
---Once a recharge is successfully processed, it is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
If a recharge fails or remains pending due to technical issues, the amount shall be refunded to the original payment source within 5-10 working days, subject to confirmation from the telecom operator or payment partner.
Recharges made using incorrect mobile numbers, operators, or plans entered by the user are not eligible for refunds.
---Money transfer transactions that are successfully completed are non-refundable.
In case of failed or reversed transfers due to bank rejection, compliance checks, or technical errors, the amount will be refunded to the sender's original payment source after reconciliation.
Refund timelines may range from 7-15 working days, depending on banking channels.
Transactions flagged for KYC, AML, or regulatory review may be temporarily held or permanently blocked. Refunds, if any, shall be processed only after clearance from the concerned authority.

If the transaction cannot be credited to the wallet due to mismatch or policy restrictions, the amount will be refunded to the user's bank account after verification.
The refund process may take up to 14 working days from the date of successful verification.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect transfer amounts, missing transaction details, or failure by the user to provide required information.
